John Stanley recorded the quickest pass ever in a doorslammer November 15th at the Street Car Supernationals at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. He drove the Camp Stanley tuned Stanley & Weiss Outlaw Pro Mod equipped with a NCRC NXS Converter to a 5.644@253.44 pass AND they backed it up!!!

During their evening qualifying session they recorded another 5.64 pass proving the first one was no fluke. Incrementals were:

  • 60′ – .956
  • 330′ – 2.501
  • 660′ – 3.716@203.85

This no doubt proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that today’s Pro Extreme cars are certainly not out of breath at the 1320′ stripe!

John made it to the finals against Troy Coughlin but fell off due to ignition issues unfortunately. But hey you can’t complain about a new World Record and a Runner Up, we’re sure it was a good ride home for the team!

Congratulations to John, Camp and the Stanley & Weiss Racing Team on your new World Record!!!!
