Neal Chance Racing Converters
Neal Chance Racing Converters (NCRC) products are sold direct to the public and by dealers and warehouse distributors across the country. If you do not have a local NCRC dealer, simply contact us direct at 316-542-9869 at which time we will gladly locate a dealer in your area or set you up as a direct sale. NCRC is open Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. central time.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. You may obtain a price

Warranty
NCRC guarantees all competition converters to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials for a period of one year from date of
purchase. All street performance and RV converters are guaranteed for
ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Upon return of any
merchandise for warranty consideration you must enclose a copy of the
original, dated sales invoice. During warranty period NCRC will repair
or replace, at our discretion, any part or parts that are determined by
NCRC to be defective due to workmanship or materials. Purchaser is
responsible for any freight or shipping charges incurred by the return
of defective parts. All warranties are limited to the original
purchasing consumer. WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER: Failure of an NCRC product
due to misapplication, improper installation or maintenance, failure to
provide adequate cooling or maintain proper fluid levels, misuse, abuse,
unauthorized repairs or disassembly, accidents. NCRC is not responsible
for removal, installation or fluid costs, damage to related components,
downtime costs or wear and tear.
Damaged/Returned Merchandise
If you place an order with NCRC and have the misfortune of receiving the
product damaged, do not sign for it until you note the problem on the
shipping bill. All shipments that are made by NCRC are insured. If you
receive damaged goods you must file a claim with the freight company. DO
NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT! If you incur any problems, please contact NCRC
and we will be glad to assist. All refused or returned merchandise is
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
