A hot track and crappy air typically are not the ideal conditions to go out and break a class record, but apparently Jim Bell’s Camaro didn’t care, with Carl Stevens behind the wheel and Xtreme Racing Engines Hemi under the hood, the Team went out and blasted away the NEOPMA MPH Record, and broke the Maple Grove Track record three times!!!
4 Consistent 5.70 passes at 260 MPH took Stevens to the winners circle as well! Way to go Carl, Jim and Team!!

Jimmy Plimpton has been on a roll lately, he just wheeled the Teams Fearmont to another X275 win at the Ohio Valley Prize Fight. Despite challenging hot track temps and numerous hiccups, the Plimpton Team powered through to take the final round win over Kenny Hubbard in close final round. Plimpton went 4.45@161 to Hubbard’s 4.49@159 to take the win!
Congratulations to Jimmy, Jim, Ervin, Sam, Cory, and the Nick’s on your win!

After a disappointing semi-final rain out last fall in MX235, Clint Downs came back this year swinging with a new alky combination in his Nova. Downs qualified #2 with a 4.84 and picked up every pass which took him to the final against Brad Medlock, the #1 qualifier. Clint got out first with a holeshot and didn’t look back to take the win with a email@example.com to Medlock’s firstname.lastname@example.org.
Big congratulations to Clint, Amber, Corbin and Bob on the win!
