Marc Meadors wheeled Pure Hell2, the Goodguys Racing Team’s 69 Camaro, to the Winners Circle once again at the NHRA Division 7 race competing in the West Coast Outlaw Pro Mod Class.

That was the 5th time Meadors went to the final round this season, and 2nd win in 30 days… this Team is on a Roll! The fastest ever field in WCOPM history turned out, with almost all of them in the 5 second zone including Meadors who qualified 3rd with a 5.871@251.11.

The GoodGuys Team turned it up a bit in the 1st round of eliminations against Jay Diedrich with a 5.853@250.69 easily gapping Diedrich’s 5.972@248.

In the semi’s, Meadors drew Mike Maggio who’s always quick, but Pure Hell2 responded with a 5.837@252.57, the fastest pass of the weekend along with a quick .029 reaction time put Maggio on the trailer. In the final round Marc staged against Sean Renteria who was off pace this round with a 6.282@240.08, no match for Pure Hell2’s 5.885@244.96. Meadors took home his first Wally at this race which was icing on the cake along with the winners purse!

Congratulations Marc and the GoodGuy’s Racing Team on your Wally and another Win!!
